Remote Sales Advisor (Telecommute)

Capital Talent Invest — Operator of the Spanish CAE thermal insulation programme in Castile and León — is hiring a Remote Sales Advisor on a self-employed collaboration basis.

Mission

Telephone contact with homeowners to present the State-subsidised energy renovation programme. Diary management and booking of free technical assessment visits.

Profile

Experience in telesales, telemarketing or telephone customer service.
Spoken command of Castilian Spanish essential.
Autonomy, organisation and results orientation.
Minimum availability of 25h per week during daytime.
Stable internet connection and own equipment.

Energy Renovation Advisor (Valladolid)

Capital Talent Invest — Operator of the Spanish CAE thermal insulation programme in Castile and León — is selecting an Energy Renovation Advisor for immediate incorporation in Valladolid.

No prior experience required in the energy sector. Full training provided by the company from day one.

Mission

Accompany homeowners in discovering the State-subsidised insulation programme. Visits to residential areas, presentation of the CAE programme and booking of free technical assessment visits. Work in tandem with the team leader.

Profile

Energetic person with good communication and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with direct contact with the public.
Driving licence B essential.
Residence in Valladolid or surrounding municipalities.
No experience in energy renovation required: full training included.
Proactive attitude and results orientation.

We offer

Employment contract with fixed pay plus variable on objectives.
Full training on the CAE programme and field acquisition techniques.
Daily field accompaniment by the team leader.
Integration into a project in full development in Castile and León.
