The main purpose of this website is to provide information on the management services for the CAE programme (Energy Saving Certificates) relating to the thermal insulation of dwellings in Spain offered by Capital Talent Invest, and to facilitate commercial contact with interested homeowners as well as the submission of free technical assessment requests.

3. General terms of use

Access to and navigation of this website implies the express and full acceptance of the general terms set out herein. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services, and shall not use them in order to:

  • carry out activities that are unlawful, illegal or contrary to morality and public order;
  • disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature or that incites violence;
  • cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the owner or third parties, or introduce computer viruses;
  • attempt to access or use the email accounts of other users or modify their content.

All contents of this website, including texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, source code and any other audiovisual or sound elements, are the property of Capital Talent Invest or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation are strictly prohibited save with express prior authorisation.

The manufacturer brands mentioned (URSA, ISOVER, Knauf Insulation, IDAE, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Capital Talent Invest shall not be held responsible for the content of any third-party websites that may be reached through external links. The presence of such links is for information purposes only and does not imply any recommendation or commercial agreement. Commercial offers relating to the CAE programme are subject to a prior technical assessment, eligibility conditions and availability of funds. The savings figures provided are estimates based on data published by the IDAE and may vary according to the specific characteristics of each dwelling.

6. Independent operator

Capital Talent Invest is an independent operator within the Energy Saving Certificates system. It does not officially represent the IDAE or the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. It works with several obligated energy companies in order to facilitate access to the programme for individual homeowners.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through this website is governed by our privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid, the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled.
